There are no TVs in the rooms which, to me, was what I was looking for. They had board games, a big common table to eat at and a bar run on very informally. I felt like I was visiting family.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of choices in an atmosphere that felt welcoming and at home. There was a warmth and coziness that a hotel could not match.
